Went in to purchase fudge for a birthday present. Extremely poorly packaging. cut into several unappealing slices, put into a small white cardboard box. When the box wouldn't close I had to ask for them to cut the fudge down to make it close. Then I had to ask for labels to put on the box. When I got out to the car I saw there was chocolate smudged on the boxes too. Extremely disappointed! Purchased chocolate fudge and peanut butter fudge. The chocolate was OK and the peanut butter was very poor and dry. Definitely won't go back to any South Bend chocolate factory again! I do not recommend the store.
Prices sky high for one scoop which should have two. Service was sloth like. This is no way like the original one.
Best chocolate in South Bend in a fun atmosphere. Try the Cafe Wien.

Horrible. Dirty, lights were 90% out. Ice cream was obviously melted and refrozen. Sent negative feedback to website, no response. We will not return to this location.
