Don't order anything from there website.. I ordered over 3 weeks ago and still haven't received my order :( customer service tryed to help but they don't seem to have a clue.. She couldn't even find my order in there system.. never again.

Took our niece here for a Christmas present. The staff were very cheerful and welcoming and she had a great time! They did push a few premium items without mentioning price.

Very helpful and kind staff, great quality items, the stuffed animals are a bit expensive though. But all in all it's well worth the trip and money.
